Why is it this cheap?
Two people, no agency overhead, and a repeatable build process we have done enough times to move fast. We are not padding for a sales team, a project manager, or an office in Manhattan.
What does $100/mo actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, a monthly content refresh, bug fixes, small adds like a new service block or holiday banner, and ongoing SEO tweaks. One flat fee, no separate line items.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Setup is one payment, monthly is one payment. That is it.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. Pay the difference on setup and we ship the extra pages in the next 48 hours. Monthly adjusts on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for multi-shop owners?
Ask on the intake call. If you own three or more locations we usually work something out.
Ownership
Who owns my domain?
You, always. The domain is registered in your name or stays on your existing registrar. We just point the DNS records.
Who owns the content and photos?
You do. We pull from your own feeds, Google reviews, and photos you send us, and we credit you everywhere.
What happens if I want to leave?
On Starter and Pro, give us 30 days notice and we hand over a static export of the site. On Own It, you already have the full source repo, so there is nothing to hand over.
Can I export my site as code?
Yes on Own It. On Starter and Pro we can do a one-off export for a small fee any time you ask.
Build & timeline
How is 48 hours even possible?
Two people, a focused build brief taken on the intake call, your real photos instead of stock, and the fact that we have done this enough times to know where the hours go.
Can I see a build in progress?
Yes. Around hour 24 we send you a staging link so you can click through before we go live.
What if I hate it?
Two revision rounds are included. If it is still not right after that, we refund the setup fee and part as friends.
Do you do multi-language sites?
English and Spanish out of the box. Other languages on request with a small add-on for translation.
After launch
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. You get an admin login for text and photos so you can swap the hero image or update hours without asking us. Bigger layout changes come through us and are included in the monthly.
Do you do SEO?
Yes. Basic on-page SEO, local SEO meta, and Google Business Profile sync on Pro. It is built into the monthly fee, not a separate upsell.
Do you build landing pages for campaigns?
Yes. $150 per landing page, 48-hour turnaround. Good for seasonal promos, a new service launch, or paid ads.
What’s your uptime?
99.95% via Vercel. If there is an incident, you get a push to your phone so you are not finding out from a customer.
Billing
When am I billed?
A Stripe link goes out after the intake call. One-time setup charges after final sign-off. Monthly recurring starts the day the site goes live.
Can I pause the monthly?
Yes, up to 90 days without losing the site. Handy for seasonal shops or a slow stretch.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and ACH through Stripe. No wires, no checks, no crypto.
Do you invoice for tax purposes?
Yes. Every charge comes with a Stripe receipt and we can issue a full invoice from Marian Media LLC in Maryland on request.
