Terms of Service

These terms cover your relationship with Marian Media LLC, the company behind WrapSiteForge. If anything here is unclear, email joseph@wrapsiteforge.com before you sign up and we will walk through it with you.

1. Who we are

WrapSiteForge is operated by Marian Media LLC, a Maryland limited liability company based in Towson, MD 21204. We are a two-person team that hand-builds each website for the shop ordering it. When these terms say "we" or "us," we mean Marian Media LLC. When they say "you," we mean the shop owner or the person signing the agreement on behalf of the shop. 2. What you're buying

We offer three tiers. Prices are in US dollars and are the canonical tier prices at the time you sign up.

• Starter — $500 setup + $100/mo. A single-page website built around your shop, hosted and maintained on our infrastructure.
• Pro — $750 setup + $100/mo. A multi-page website (home, gallery, services, about, contact), hosted and maintained on our infrastructure.
• Own It — $2,000 one-time. A multi-page website with full codebase transfer. No monthly fee. You handle hosting after handover.

3. Build and delivery

Our target turnaround is 48 hours from the intake call to the first staging link. You get two rounds of revisions before launch, delivered through the staging URL we send you. Once you sign off on the staging link, we push the site live on your domain. If we are unable to deliver within 7 days of the intake call for reasons on our end, you get a full refund of the setup fee.

4. Ownership

You own your domain, your content, and the photos you provide. On the Starter and Pro tiers, we retain the code and the hosting stack that runs the site, and we license it to you for the length of your subscription. On Own It, we transfer the full codebase to a repository you control so the site is yours outright.

5. Monthly service (Starter and Pro)

The $100 monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, a monthly content refresh (new photos, small copy changes, gallery updates), bug fixes, small feature adds, and basic on-page SEO. You can cancel with 30 days written notice by emailing joseph@wrapsiteforge.com. On cancellation we hand over a static HTML export of your live site and redirect your domain to wherever you point it.

6. Refunds

The setup fee is refundable if:

• We cannot deliver a staging link within 7 days of the intake call; or
• You reject the initial staging link outright before requesting any revisions.

Once the site is live on your domain, the setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable but you will not be billed after the 30-day cancellation window closes.

7. Content and intellectual property

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your shop photos, logos, and written materials for the purpose of building and maintaining your website. In return, we grant you the right to use the final site for your business, including on your chosen domain. We may display a low-resolution thumbnail or anonymized screenshot of your site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We target 99.5% monthly uptime measured through our hosting provider, Vercel. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the total fees you paid us during the prior 12 months. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, or lost data, to the extent allowed by law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to ask us to publish illegal content, content that infringes another business's trademark, or content we would not be able to defend if challenged. We reserve the right to take down a site that violates this section after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be brought in state court in Maryland.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email to the address on file. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel under the monthly service section above.
